Welcome to Ashley Smalley Nutrition
A place for people seeking a supportive and collaborative approach to healing their digestive issues. As a nutritionist trained in integrative and functional nutrition, my goal is to help provide effective solutions to your health challenges in a way that empowers you and gives you the confidence to do what works for your body.
My Story
My journey in nutrition began as a child when I experienced digestive issues related to food sensitivities. This experience fostered an interest in nutrition. It was also the motivation to go on to study nutrition and complete a masters degree at Tufts University.
Since then, I've completed advanced training in integrative and functional nutrition, the gut microbiome, digestive health and food sensitivities. I know what it is like to be held back by digestive issues. And, I know what it feels like to have the confidence and ability to help myself feel better. I want this for you, which is why I'm so passionate about helping people heal their bodies.
Everyone deserves to have this knowledge and the ability to feel good. The answers are out there, and I'm here to help you discover them.
I look forward to being a part of your healing journey.
