A referral from your doctor will be needed prior to your nutrition visit in order to submit the claim to insurance.
Please note that not all plans have coverage for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT).
Coverage may vary depending on what medical diagnoses you have.
It is recommended that you call your insurance carrier to verify your nutrition benefits prior to your visit.
