Accepting New Clients
Ingredients:
1 head of white cauliflower (chopped)
1-2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375
Chop up 1 head of cauliflower.
Combine turmeric, onion powder and salt in a small bowl
Put parchment paper onto a cookie sheet
Place cauliflower onto cookie sheet and drizzle olive oil on top
Sprinkle the turmeric mixture all over the califlower and mix well
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until cauliflower has just started to brown.
Tips:
You can save on time by using precut or even frozen cauliflower florets. But fresh will have the best texture.
