Accepting New Clients
My kids LOVE smoothies, so I make them weekly. Since it's hard to make just one serving, I often freeze the extras in silicone popsicle molds for quick snacks.
Ingredients:
Greens (baby kale, spinach, etc)*
1 scoop Protein Powder of Choice (Pure Paleo Vanilla Powder pictured here is a delicous dairy-free option)
Fruit
Instructions:
Add water + greens [blend on high]
Add protein powder and [blend on high]
Add frozen fruit [blend on high]
Add chia seeds [blend on high]
Enjoy in a cup or make a smoothie bowl
Tips:
Buy baby kale and spinach (or chop up large greens into tiny pieces) and keep in the freezer. Just take out what you need for the smoothie.
